Thisted is the principle town in our region, Thy and here in Thisted we are looking forward to 2013, where the World Championships for H-Boats will be held. The World Championships 2013 will be a very special event for Thisted and we will make every effort to ensure that competitors, families, spectators, sponsors and others will experience the best World Championships the H-Boat Class has ever seen.
We will make a special effort to attract and indulge competitor’s families and relatives. There will be a large, exciting and varied program for families. As well as many activities by the harbour, there will also be inspiring excursions and experiences elsewhere in Thy. There will be activities and experiences both for children and adults, with opportunities to get on the water and follow the races or to follow the races live on the Internet, as there will be live streaming of all the races
There are no better racing conditions for sailors than those we offer in Thisted Bredning. Thisted Bredning is a protected part of the Limfjord and regardless of wind direction, sailing will remain close to the shore. The racing will take place in the Limfjord,on relatively flat water without large waves and no current. It is comparable to sailing on a large lake.

Perehdymme uusiin uunituoreisiin sääntömuutoksiin ja saatavana on myös uusia sääntökirjoja. Tiedossa myös MM-kisainfo ja tulevan kesän ranking sarjan läpikäynti. Kauden 2013 kansallinen H-venerankingsarja on julkaistu Kilpailut-osiossa.

Lyhytratojen luokkamestaruus ratkesi Tampereella hyvissä olosuhteissa kilpailtujen lähtöjen jälkeen.

Voittoon ajoi FIN-946 LPS:n Vesa Luhtanen, hopealle FIN-892 GSF:n Bobi Casen ja pronssille FIN-956 HSS:n Harri Roschier. Tarkemmat tulokset Kilpailut-sivulla.

Tampereen rankingkilpailu houkutteli paikalle 15 venettä. Kilpailut käytiin keveissä tuulissa Näsijärven kiinteillä radoilla.

Voittoon kilpailussa ajoi FIN-892 Bobi Casen, miehistönä Ville Kurki ja Jari Saarinen. Hopealle seilasi FIN-957 Jyrki Lindström, miehistönä Pekka Honkavaara ja Rasmus Lindström. Pronssia otti kotivesillään FIN-826 Petro Pälviranta, miehistönä Tapio Anttila ja Ilkka Airaksinen.

H-SM 2012 on FIN-826 kipparina Petro Pälviranta ja miehistönä Tapio Anttila sekä Ilkka Airaksinen. Näsijärven purjehdusseuraa edustava miehistö saavutti Kokkolassa käydyissä lähdöissä sarjan 2-(6)-1-2-1-2 ja voitti mestaruuden ylivoimaisella esityksellä.

Hopealle purjehti kotikilpailussaan FIN-892 Bobi Casen miehistönään Ville Kurki ja Jari Saarinen. Pronssia otti FIN-866 Roope Heikkilä miehistönä Kalle Heikkilä ja Ville Kaarto.

H-boat: Nordic championship in Sandefjord

NoR and entry form now is available at the webpage for the H-boat Nordic Championship 2012 in Sandefjord.

The championship is august 31-september 2. Sandefjord is an experienced race organizer, and we are very happy that they are hosting this. Sandefjord also hosts the largest fleet of H-boats in Norway – maybe even in the Nordic countries – with more than 15 H-boats competing in their weekly local club races.

Hope to see you at the Nordic championship. Great if you help us spread the word on the championship to the other Finnish teams.

GSF tarjoaa majoitusta Kokkolan SM-kisojen aikaan Kokkolan partiotalossa. Talo sijaitsee 500 m Mustalltakarilta siinä on keittiö sauna 2:lla suihkulla, sängyt, peitot ja patjoja(myös irtopatjoja)

Siellä voi majoittua n. 5 veeneen porukka, hinta on 350 eur, torstaista sunnuntaihin.

Epävirallinen tulosseuranta Ranking-osiossa

Hangon regatta kilpailtiin 6.-8.7. vaihtelevissa olosuhteissa. Perjantai koetteli miehistöjä ja veneitä ja valitettavasti kaksi H-venettä menetti mastonsa. Tuulta saatiin perjantain reippaasta kelistä aina viimeisen lähdön lähes pläkään. Paikalla oli yhteensä 22 H-venettä, hienoa!

Voittoon vakuuttavalla esityksellä purjehti GSF:n Bobi Casen miehistöineen, hopealle OM:n Eeva Saukkonen ja pronssille LPS:n Tuomas Korhonen. Tulokset järjestäjän sivuilla tai Kilpailut-osiossa.
